Thank you for your review. We are sorry you are disappointed with our service. Upon review of your file, we note the airline informed us you had recovered your compensation direct. However, it transpired the airline had in fact not compensated you. Once we were made aware of this, we asked the airline to send compensation to us which they did on the 13th June and we arranged payment to be sent to you on the same day.
