Good Afternoon, thank you for your comments. Upon review of your file we can see that your claim has now finalised following your instructions to accept the Defendant Insurers most recent offer. We can see that updates have been provided to you throughout the course of the claim when required. We are sorry if you feel like our communication could have been improved.
