We cannot see that you have made us aware of these issues prior to leaving a review, and therefore were unable to assist until now.
The arrangement of physiotherapy and medical appointments are dealt with by an external provider. You will have been provided their details via email and if you contact them directly they will be able to assist with arranging a convenient appointment.
With regards to the length of time since the accident, with the legal process, it is to be expected that you have not yet been medically examined at this stage. We are unable to arrange your appointment until such time as we receive a response on liability from the other side. Liability was admitted at the beginning of September and we can see that the agency have been in touch with you to arrange the appointment.
The two providers you are using to arrange these appointments are the largest in the UK. As such if they are unable to facilitate an appointment then it is probably because there isn’t any availability. If you discuss the same with them, they should be able to confirm the different options open to you.
Unfortunately these matters are outside of our control however we remain at your disposal to offer advice on the process and manage your expectations.
