Thank you for providing your feedback.
We can see that you have emailed on the 13th September and that we haven’t yet responded to your communication. Unfortunately, we have a slight backlog, due to covid related illness within the office.
Unfortunately, if the physiotherapist is unable to provide treatment in your locality, then this is something outside of our control. The agency instructed, is one of the largest in the UK and so its unfortunate they are unable to assist on this occasion.
Although there may be physiotherapists in your locality, this does not necessarily mean that they will provide physiotherapy through the agency we instruct.. I can see that the provider has attempted to source a new provider but has been unable to do so.
I have noted your comments that your husband is already receiving treatment privately, and that you are looking to do the same. At this stage this looks to be the best option for you.
Please ensure that treatment is provided through a fully registered physiotherapist and that you retain copies of your receipts. You should also ensure that the number of treatment sessions provided is reasonable and that the cost is relative to others in the area.
