Thank you for providing your review and we are sorry to hear that your experience has not been better. We understand that a member of the team has now spoken with you and has resolved your concerns. As discussed the physiotherapy is something that is arranged through an external provider and is outside of Bott and Co’s control. At your request we have now proceeded to cancel the treatment as it is inconvenient for you to arrange attendance. In terms of lack of correspondence, you advised that you had previously sent one email that remains unanswered. As discussed we are looking into why a response was not forthcoming as it is our internal SLA that emails will be replied to within 7 days. We are glad that we were able to alleviate your concerns and to hear that you are generally happy with how the claim has progressed. Kind regards, Bott and Co
