A lack of communication when trying to get a refund for faulty lids on the canisters . Then had to pay for return so paid twice for postage £10 !! If faulty should of been free postage

We are sorry to hear you find the draw a little stiff as these are tested and used by our team regularly and we do not have reports of this . If you can make sure all the accessories are sitting flush and neatly as this will help when closing the draw. The blades are stored safety in the draw when not in use and when attaching the grating blades as with any sharp blade care does need to be taken. Thank you for your feedback on this item.
