They should provide a pre-paid return label regardless of the return reason.

Hi I'm sorry you feel this way. Like many other retailers the customer bears the cost of returning unwanted items. This is very common even with the biggest global online retailers. If we were to build free returns into our business model then our product cost prices would have to increase.
