Thank you for your feedback. I would like to take this opportunity to apologise for the delay in your order and the subsequent disappointment caused. We appreciate how frustrating it is when an item is out of stock. This is why we have recently introduced our new live stock facility. This will show the stock status of an item before an order is placed and will also advise of the expected delivery date for an out of stock item. The frustration was not so much caused by the item being out of stock, but by being told that it was available when it was not, and furthermore by the way in which I was spoken to when I complained. The innovation will not prove useful as I will not use your site in future.
