goods received in good time but want to return 1 item, courier called when we were out and left card to contact hermes but no phone number. when i contacted you to obtain number operator made me think that i had no right to be outand said that if we were out when courier called again goods could not be collected. told that courier would call in 2 or 3 days so am i expected to stay welded to my home for your convenience>

Grill Toaster & Snack Maker returned, as I considered that it was of poor quality. The return was dealt with efficiently, and refund issued promptly. No problem with previous goods ordered from this

Very good to deal with but need to keep website up to date to ensure that items displayed are available. Example - ceramic knife at item 4 not available!
