We can assure you that as a company we strive to offer the highest quality products given the selling price of the product. If you feel the cushions are in some way faulty please return them to us. On the subject of the free gift of the coffee machine we have sent out thousands of these machines and have only received positive comments about them. NORMALY A VERY GOOD COMPANY THE ORTHAPAEDIC SEAT WHEN I SAID IT WAS (TO THIN) SAYING THAT THEY HAVE DONE ME SOME GOOD BUT THE FRONT OF THEM IS THIN.
