Thank you for taking the time to offer us your feedback. We are sorry that you are not entirely happy with the service that you have received from us. Having checked your original order the free gift was not on it. We do require that customers add the gift to the order as there would be issues with deliveries being unsolicited goods if we did not do this. However it is quite clear that you do want the coffee maker and it has been added to your order today. You should receive delivery within the next week. I thank you for your reply to my letter.I may have misunderstood your ways of claiming free gifts as everyone has their own ways.Any free gifts I have received before with purchases I never had to claim them.They were usually part and parcel of the deal.My views of you have changed since you are to send on the coffee maker and I hope to deal with you in the future

On the whole I find them pretty good.They send the purchases on time if they are in stock.Goods are usually well packed.
