Product was as described online. Delivery was not next day but still within a satisfactory time (i.e. 3 days) Would definitely order goods again

After a slight hic-cup with the credit card number it was only three days before I recieved the order. I wouldn't hesitate to use this firm again.

Thank you for your feedback. I am pleased to say that due to high demand, we are currently sourcing a publisher who can supply a recipe book for the halogen oven. If everything goes as planned, we should be stocking them within the next 6 weeks.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback and we are delighted to hear that you are more than happy with everything. In response to your question, I am afraid that we do not do an extended warranty, but you are covered by a 12 month manufacturers warranty that covers it against manufacturing faults or poor workmanship.
