I ordered a Halogen oven. In the advert on E-bay it states comes complete with tongs, LID STAND and two racks. When it arrived no LID STAND. I telephoned they said we will send you one out. 7-10 days

Ive only used them once, but everything was ok, the only thing i could say was about postage costs as my three things came in a clear plastic bag but got charge for all three.
