3 week delay in receiving goods then when they arrived they were damaged.

Our apologies for the delay with the oven. Sadly we had been let down by our suppliers. I am also sorry to hear that it was damaged in transit. If the part that was damaged is easily replaceable, please let us know and we can get that particular part sent rather than having to return the whole unit. If not, I have arranged for a pre paid returns label to be sent in the post today. This can be used to return the oven back to us free of charge via Royal Mail should you choose to return it. If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
