It was a bit unfortunate about the halogen oven arriving broken (I think a number were) but all is now fine, thank you.

the product never worked when it arrived and as yet we have no replacement!!. super service!!

Sorry to hear that the peeler did not work. I have taken a look at your account and the faulty item was received back yesterday (4th February) and the replacement is now on the way. Weather permitting, it will be delivered within the next 7 days. Our apologies for the delay.
