After receiving the broken one the replacement was rather slow to arrive though this could be partly blamed on the Christmas break.

Sorry to hear that you have not received any of the other goods. The whole order (except the syringe) was despatched from us on the 12th of December. I have been in touch with the couriers today and they have informed me that sadly your parcel has gone missing in transit. Sadly we would have been unaware of this until you contacted us. I have arranged for your order to be re-despatched today and will be with you within 3-5 working days. If you experience any further delays, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and rectify the problem right away. Poor, poor service. Package apparently lost in transit to me (co-incidentally the same as a pair of boots purchased seperately in early December and returned by me for exchange). My enquiry prompted goods listed below to be re-sent (except out of stock oil syringe). Part of delivery poorly packaged in over large cardboard box with no internal padding - therefore nest box arrived damaged. Being returned - will this item also be 'lost in transit'? I am out of pocket on returns, out of pocket on boots. Too much hassle to bother with again. Poor CSA attitude when enquiring about both goods returned and goods not delivered. Impress me - sort it out.

Very sorry to hear that. I can assure you that your items had sadly gone missing in transit. There would be no reason for us to pretend that they had. I can see that a pre paid returns label has been sent out to you so that the box can be returned free of charge. As soon as we receive that back, we will be able to send you a brand new one. twice I have ordered items from clifford james and each time i had to chase the delivery with the last order being marked as delivered by their delivery company when quired I was told no one was avail

Our apologies for the problems that occured with the delivery. I have checked with the couriers again and sadly they are still giving us the information that they did originally which is obviously incorrect, so our sincere apologies for any confusion caused.
