I cancelled order and three days later had E Mail advising despatch details! I stayed in for three days awaiting delivery, so that I could refuse item and send it back! Not very clever!!!

Unfortunatly we have no record of a cancellation recorded. Apologies for the error. I can see that the item has been collected to come back to us for a refund.
