The service was good ,but your retuns policy leaves a lot to be desired. The fact that the customer has to pay twice for postage is not good.

I received the item 2 weeks after i ordered it, the parcel was intact and the item seems good although i have not tried it yet.

Very sorry to hear that you received a damaged item. I can see from the notes on your account that a collection has been arranged and as soon as we receive the oven back, the replacement will be sent. Sadly we do not have any of the free toothbrushes remaining so the nightlight was sent as an alternative.

Sorry to hear of the difficulties you have had with the halogen oven. This is in fact the first time I have heard of this problem so hopefully this is an isolated case. I can see from the notes on your account that a collection has recently been arranged and as soon as we receive the faulty oven back, we will exchange it over as requested.

cancelled order due to oven being delayed 21 days because the free item was out of stock and they wouldnt deliver seperatly. Customer service very good and helpful on phone.
