As dicussed via email, the reason you have been charged twice is that one order was placed online and a similar order placed over the telephone the same day. However, this has now been resolved and if you have any further queries, please get in touch.

Sorry to hear that the oven you ordered was not only damaged in transit, but faulty as well; these two could be connected. I can see from the notes on your account that a collection has recently been arranged for it to be returned back to us, and as soon as we do receive the oven, the refund will be processed as promised. We will also write to you informing you of when this has taken place. If you have any further queries, please do hesitate to contact us.

I am really sorry for the delivery problems you received; this type of service is not acceptable. We entrusted our parcels in good faith to our couriers and unfortunately they let us down. This was most certainly not up to our usual standards. I can see from the notes on your account that you have requested a refund, so as soon as we receive the goods back, the refund will be processed back onto your card.

Our apologies for the delay with your order. We are currently experiencing one of our busiest months on record and our despatch department have been delayed slightly. They are however, doing a great job of catching up and are working extra hours to get up to date. I can confirm however, that your order has been despatched and should be with you by the end of the week.
