Very sorry to hear that the ovens were damaged in transit. We have had a few comments on them being damaged so have recently been in touch with the manufacturers. They have now vastly improved the packaging in their latest batch so that this should not happen again. As soon as we receive them back, they will be immeadiately replaced for you.
