Sorry to hear that you received your order damaged. We can arrange for the return on your behalf if the goods arrived faulty or damaged; it is only if you change your mind that you will be responsible for the return postage. I will arrange for a pre paid label to be sent out for you so that it can be returned via the post office. If you have any further queries, please get in touch.

Thank you very much for your feedback, whether good or bad it helps us highlight areas where we can improve. On such example is these ovens not being correctly packed. We have since been in touch with the manufacturers who have improved the packaging dramatically so that situations like this should not happen again. If you still wish to have the halogen oven exchanged, we can arrange a collection if you cannot get to a post office in person, we would not like you to be lumbered with a substandard product. In regards to the free gift, it is actually being sent seperatly. We did temporarily run out of stock, but they have since come in so it should be with you soon. Sorry to hear of the delay with the delivery. I have been on the phone to the couriers this morning and they have informed me that somehow, your order went to the wrong depot, it was actually the completely wrong part of the country; Norfolk infact! The parcel is now on it's way to Scotland now and should be delivered by the end of the week. Once again, our apologies for any inconvenice caused by this delay.
