I am sorry to read of the difficulties you have encountered with the delivery. Sadly we are unable to specify specific days for delivery and your card would have been charged on despatch of the order. I can see that a letter has been sent to confirm all your details and for us to complete the enquiry with the courier firm. As soon as we receive this letter back with the details required, your order will be resent. Please get in touch if you have any further enquiries.

i ordered and paid fo a potato peeler on the 23 september ,the advert said delivery up to 10 days,i am still waiting ,so i m not very impressed,not having heard anything from themre late delivery.
