I am very sorry to see you felt the need to leave a 1* service review. Firstly, I'm sorry a rubber foot was missing from your slow cooker this is most unusual and would have been easy to resolve. I can see you first messaged us on a Saturday and we responded before 9am the following Monday. We are explicit about contacting us if something is wrong and we will always do our best to put it right as soon as is practically possible in normal working office hours Monday-Friday. We did try our best and could have put this right very quickly for you. I accept its annoying when something isn't right but we need time in normal working hours to put things right.
