Very sorry the Pepper Mill didn't meet with your expectation. We test our products extensively. In this case my family and I have been using a set of these mills for the last 2 1/2 years in our busy family home and the mills continue to perform very well. I totally get that its frustrating when something isn't right first time, but we try are explicit about contacting us if something isn't right. We'd always prefer to be given the opportunity to rectify a negative experience before a customer leaves a poor review. I'll message you under separate cover and hopefully we can put things right.
