Thank you very much for your feedback, as discussed on the phone I’m really sorry that you have experienced some problems with your new building and you were missing a portion of the felt, I’m glad we were able to rectify this and have reimbursed you for the extra cost. The roofing boards and joists we supply for this building are fit for purpose and shouldn’t require further bracing or supports. I have also checked the instructions and we don’t advise kneeling on the roof as the building is not designed to support a person.
