Poor quality, poor workmanship. A lot could be improved. lacking attention to detail during manufacture. Floor not fir for purpose as sold, not changed despite much feedback regarding this. Manufacturer clearly not interested in improving product based on feedback. Fascias didn't fit, almost impossible to fit front panels together re angles and had to use clear sealant on gaps.

Please accept my apologies for any issues that you have had. I have tried calling you earlier and left a voice message which I hope you will be able to pick up later. I would like to discuss whether any replacements are required or if I can resolve any outstanding queries that you may have. The floors are fit for purpose but we do have the option of an extra floor support pack for our customers who require this. We take all of our customer comments on board regarding queries raised about parts and instructions as we are always looking for ways to improve our service, thank you again for your feedback.

a bit of confusion between the product description as advertised and as delivered regarding preservative guarantee (10 years or three months) either way I would have made the purchase

The item comes with a 1 year warranty for defective parts and a 10 year anti-rot guarantee. The building has to be treated with a timber treatment of your choice and re-treated in accordance with the manufacturers guide, in order for these to remain valid.
