Good service when you speak to the staff direct. Website has a disparity between 5 day promise and delivery dates available. This is why a 'phone call was necessary but quickly resolved.

Unfortunately we cannot prevent condensation in the fixing kit. We plastic wrap them to keep parts as secure as possible, but this means that condensation can appear due to the moisture present in the timber. Thank you for the feedback, our hinges attach directly onto the overlap cladding on the door gable. There is some flexibility in the hinges so they will attach securely and provide a sufficient hold. I apologise for the website and communication errors regarding delivery. This particular building is delivered next working day via courier if the order was placed before 1pm. There was a technical issue which has affected some orders, apologies for any inconvenience caused. I am glad we were able to redeliver the following day for you.
