I apologise for the fact that your item arrived damaged. I have tried to call and have sent an email regarding replacements as I can see we delivered some on 23/8 and want to clarify if any further parts are required. I am sorry also for the missing instructions, had we been aware, we would have happily emailed a copy straight through for you.

Some parts looked as if made in a hurry - eg some nails inaccurately positioned. A nice shed, rather flimsy floor though. There were no problems I couldn't fix but not quite up to excellent.
