Please accept my apologies that your order didn’t proceed as smoothly as anticipated. Our delivery service is a kerbside service and full details of this are available on our website and I am really sorry if this was missed. The drivers are only responsible for delivering to the front of a customer's property. Our delivery service is completed by a single driver and if there is easy access and the building is easy enough to manoeuvre, they will sometimes carry the building to the side or rear of the property. This is what we mean by driver discretion and I am really sorry if this was not explained clearly to you.
