Service: We thank you for your feedback and have investigated further. We have interviewed our driver who claims that a call was placed to yourself at approximately 5pm the day before to say he had driving hours left, and could deliver a day earlier than planned. He has confirmed that you authorised him to do so, apologies if this was inconvenient. Due to the size of our 18t vehicle, the driver says he was unable to park close to your property. He still delivered to your garden rather than the kerbside as advertised and he passes on his thanks because you carried the felt and fixing kit for him, although he did not request this of you. The delivery was signed for at 5:35pm and the driver was thanked for putting it where you had requested and he was surprised to learn of this complaint as he believed you to be happy with the service he had provided.
