I don't think it was your quality control that was the issue as the bits only started coming off with trying on the dress. I think it is Mascaras quality control that should've picked up that threads weren't being securely tied off. One of the bra pads pulled the dress slightly after i sewed it back in -obviously not quite right place but wasn't too noticeable but if you cannot sew and are intimidated by the thought of damaging the dress it could be stressful situation. I'm still super satisfied by Cargo and will not hesitate to recommend you.
