No I have no intention of removing my comments, The collar on the Gilet jacket is twisted, I had sent the two original coats MA 263 Navy & MA 263 Olive (in parcel AXAA31H) back before I noticed the collar, so have no paperwork to send back with the gilet.
Your communication is rubbish, no word about the refund other than in your response to my feedback, (& there are still two more refunds to come) & no phone line, other than a premium rate number to contact you.
I am 76 years of age & one thing you need to learn is that the customer is the most important paramount part of your business, without them you don't have a business.
