I have looked into the refund and found the refund was processed on the 07.01.16. We were closed over the Christmas period and so it looks as if that is what the delay with the refund may have been. Sorry if this has caused any inconvenience.

The jumper was better quality than I thought it would be and it suited me. I had a pearl necklace and I wore it with the jumper and it looked lovely,

Had this product before but in blue. Hoping this one doesn't go as baggy as the blue one which I can no longer use for work as it no longer looks smart.
