How do we deal with fake reviews?

However the pyjama top on the size 12 would have fitted 'giant haystacks' so I have now exchanged them for a size 10 which fit perfectly top and bottom, considering I am usually size 12 top and size 1

As far as I can tell as I have only used one pair once & have not yet had occasion to wash them they are fine. I was afraid the leg was too long but the cuff means that is not a problem in wear.
