When the order came through there was no discount code, once you advised us that you had a code a refund was issued for the postage amount. Once the order comes over we send you a confirmation email automatically, the account number is on the confirmation. We are sorry to hear the shorts were not suitable, once we received them back there was no information on the form to say whether you wanted a refund, exchange or credit. We sent a letter asking for your required action, the credit was on your account and when you asked the refund was issued for you on 21.08.24
