Delighted to hear you were impressed with our quick service. Our design team do make every effort to ensure that the illustrations in our brochure are as accurate to the item as possible. It would appear that unfortunately on this particular occasion the print was not as accurate as we had hoped. Thank you for taking the time to feed this back to us.
