Thank you for your time and feedback. I do apologise you have never received your order, we have never been made aware of this from you. I can see the order was returned on our system by the courier on 21/11 and a refund was issued back to you for this order. Thank you for your time and feedback. I am sorry to hear that you say you were sent a different item to what you ordered. On our system we have recorded the item which was ordered as being sent, we do apologise if this is not correct. I can see a refund was issued back to your card on 12/11 and should now be in your bank account if you would like to check.

1st delivery was left outside and we never got it then when we did get it we were suppose to have a half price phone case with the order but instead got to pairs of glasses. Phoned to get the glasses

Thank you for your time and feedback. I am sorry to hear about the experience you have had with this order. I can see when you called about the first parcel being lost that the operator made a human error and entered the wrong code for the case, which is the reason why you received magnifiers. I can see on return of these you have been issued with a refund for £12.99 back to you through cheque. I will email you about this issue to try and get this resolved for you.
