Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by this mix up. I hope you don’t mind me pointing out that the item ordered is not advertised as wide fitting, we mark our items which are wider fitting on our website, if we do not state this, they are a regular fit. I do hope that this very rare error does not deter you from ordering from us again in the future.
