2 out of 5 items delivered initially were not the items ordered. The. Had the additional hassle of arranging for the correct items to be delivered and returning the incorrect ones. Not a good service

I love Chums wear because it is well made and comfortable, without costing the earth. Delivery is always very quick and, should I need to return an item, provision is made for that.
