I am sorry to hear of the experience you have had with us. I can see the wrong goods were sent to you from us in error. I do apologize about this. I have had a look into your account and can see another recent order has been made for these trousers. The correct ones should now be sent to you. If you could please return the incorrect ones you have received to us through collect+ we will deal with your return as a priority for you. I have had a look on our website and can confirm these trousers are advertised as a cotton twill fabric. We apologize again about this and thank you for your feedback.
