Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear one pair of the shoes were incorrectly sized. I can assure you this is not an issue we have had with these shoes. We do have random quality control checks of all items to ensure instances like this are kept to a minimum. Sorry for any inconvenience caused but great to hear that you are now happy with the shoes.
