I apologise a collect+ store is not close to your home. If this is the case we are happy to supply you with a free returns label for Royal Mail for any future orders you place with us. We do not usually use Royal Mail for returns as we have many issues with returning goods through them, which is why we use collect+. Collect+ are a courier and the parcels have tracking codes on which makes the return of them quicker and safer. If you would have gotten in contact with us we would have been able to issue this Royal Mail label, as we would not expect our customers to trave this distance to return goods. We try to get all of our customers to get in touch with us with any issues they have so we can see if we can resolve them. I am sorry you have already given away the goods as we could have settled this issue for you. Hopefully this may change your mind with ordering with us in the future. We apologize again for this. We do apologise that you were charged and sent two purses. With our buy one get one free items they are mainly ready packed as a two, and the price will show for the two of them. It sounds like the order had already been dispatched from us before we could cancel the second purse for you. I can assure you we would have cancelled and refunded one of the purses if it had not already left us. I can see you were refunded back to your card on 22/9. We advise you to check your bank account as the refund has been processed on our end for the goods. If you would like to forward your phone bill to us we would be happy ot refund you the call charges that were made. I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the service you have had from Chums. I can see from looking on your account notes that you were sent a duplicate order. The lady you spoke to on the phone has noted this, and added the label against your account which you received. It seems we only received the duplicate order back from you which was sent in error, this would have been the reason you have not received a credit back as you did not pay for the duplicate goods. We have now rectified the duplicate order situation which we understand was not acceptable. We thank you for your feedback and time.

We are happy to hear you are satisfied with the service you have received from us. I have had a look into your account and can see you ordered regular rise trousers, so the ones you received were sent to us in error. I am extremely sorry about this, it seems like it was a picking error made in the warehouse. If you would like to return them to us using the collect+ free returns label (you can search your nearest collect+ store on www.collectplus.co.uk), you can return them too us and we would be happy to replace them with the correct pair. I will also have your postage refunded back to you as this was an error made on our behalf. I apologize again about issue.
