Thank you for your time and feedback. I have had a look into your order with us and can see the order was for Farah trousers. Unfortunately the olive colour we supply is a quite a dark shade as shown on the website. Due to the lighting used when the images are taken, this can sometimes make the shade look lighter. I can confirm the airforce colour in the Farah trousers are a dark shade, the light blue trousers are more of a pale blue shade. I am sorry about the issue you have had with the colours in these trousers. I will have your comments passed on to see if there is anything that can be done about the images which advertise the trousers.

Glad to hear you are please with your item. Our postage charge is the same no matter how may items you order and we use a premium couriers for most of our orders. Hopefully we have the mix of speed, security and reliability.

In regards to you not being notified about the out of stock items, I can only apologise, this is not of our normal high standards. Firstly I do apologize about the wait you have had on our customer service line. This line can become very busy and we can only deal with each customer as quickly as we can. This length of waiting time is unusual for us and I can confirm you should not always be waiting as long as you did. If you have any enquiries and do not want to pay the call charges you can also email us at enquiries@chums.co.uk. A operator will respond to your email within 4 working hours. I am sorry you were not notified sooner about the no stock of the item you ordered. We are currently looking into a way of advising customers sooner about this type of query. I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the pajamas' you purchased from us. We do offer a free returns collect+ label with all our orders so if any goods are unsuitable or not satisfactory you can return them to us for a refund or an exchange.
