I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the slippers you purchased from us. We do offer a free returns service with collect+ for our customers to return any unsuitable goods to us with. Our returns policy is 14 days from when you receive the order for a refund, and 28 days for a exchange. If you find this item is still unsuitable you can speak to a member of staff at enquiries@chums.co.uk about this issue. They will be happy to help and try to resolve this product issue for you. I am sorry to hear you were sent your goods in the wrong size. We do offer a free returns service to return any unwanted goods to us for a refund or an exchange. If we do have other sizes in stock we would have been happy to exchange the item for you. I do apologize we were unable to do this for you. I have had a look into your account and can see the postage you paid for the order was not refunded. I will have this refunded back to you as this was a error on our behalf.
