Good to hear that you are happy with your velcro canvas shoes and our operators were helpful for you. It is a shame that the lace-up version were not as comfortable for you. I am glad that the bra that you ordered is satisfactory and I have passed on you comments re: stud fastening bras to our buyers. I am very sorry that the substitute cardigan was not suitable for you. I have checked and the item you originally wanted is completely sold out.
