Information about an item being in stock incorrect,substituting an item without consulting the customer bad practice. saying it,s for the customers benefit rubbish.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. I can only apologise if your nearest Collect Plus Store is quiet a distance, however you can still return through the Post Office but there will be a charge involved.
