Thank you for your review. I am disappointed to hear that there was a delay with your order, Our standard delivery time scale is within 3-5 working days for goods that come direct from chums. I'm sorry that in this instance we haven't done this. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience or frustration caused, we hope to assure you that the service you have recently received is not representative of our normal high standards, and hope that you may give us another chance to prove it soon.

The service was good and the goods arrived quicker than I expected. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size of trousers and they did not fit my waist. I am expanding in the wrong places!
