Complete rubbish after one week the sole split in half put them in the bin what a waste of £35 would never buy anything from Chums poor quality goods overcharged fake goods

Thank you very much for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear you have had issues with your purchase. It is much better for the damaged item to be returned to Chums so it can be tested by quality assurance team, to prevent issues with the supplier in future. We would also rather exchange or issue a refund so customers are not out of pocket.
