all trousers received lengths nowhere near 29" as ordered, black jeans at least 33" rugby pants the same 33" and cords 31" managed to find a person locally reduce to 29"

I chased up my refund for returned goods and both operators were so nice and money refund came in the following day as they had confirmed the parcel had arrived with them.
