There was no gap in communication. I spoke to two different people (a man and then a woman), each left me on hold to check with someone else. They both returned to the line and said that if we didn’t they didn’t have flight information for us arriving that morning, we could not join the tour transportation at the airport. I went on to clarify that we would be there at the time and place they indicated, but the answer was still no. It seems a very rigid position for your company to take.
